All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian regions and remote areas.

Our Return Promise

We stand behind our performance footwear and accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and performance integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Track Spikes (due to customized spike configurations)
  • Soccer Cleats showing signs of wear on the studs
  • Any footwear with removed tags or visible wear

Simple 4-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Your order number
  • Product name and size/color
  • Reason for return
  • For exchanges: specify desired replacement item

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 48 hours, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing

Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return. We’ll notify you via email when complete.

Refund Information

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card/PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after return approval
  • Appearance on Statement: May take 1-2 billing cycles depending on your financial institution
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For size or style changes:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly indicate your desired replacement item
  • We’ll ship the new item once we process your return
  • Any price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly

International Returns

  • Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise (rare for our performance footwear), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if applicable.
