At EveryStep Shoes Sales Store, we stand behind our performance footwear just as we stand with athletes worldwide. While we’re confident you’ll love your new running shoes, soccer cleats, or casual sandals, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- In original condition (unworn, with tags attached)
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and performance integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Track Spikes (due to the customized nature of spike configurations)
- Soccer Cleats that show signs of wear on the studs
- Any footwear with removed tags or visible wear
Simple Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 48 hours, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing
Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return. We’ll notify you via email when complete.
Refund Information
- Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card/PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after return approval
- Appearance on Statement: May take 1-2 billing cycles depending on your financial institution
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size or style changes):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate your desired replacement item
- We’ll ship the new item once we receive and process your return
- Any price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
International Returns Note
For customers outside the U.S.:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise (rare for our performance footwear), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if applicable.
